Hello!
My name is Rumii, I am a 24 year old artist from the netherlands.
I started doing art when I was about 12 years old. And never gave up on it as a hobby.
I also spend a lot of time gaming, mainly playing FFXIV, Apex Legends and Overwatch.
I can't list all the games I have also played because we'd still be here tomorrow ;v;

Terms of Service

General terms of service

♡ I have the right to decline commissions.♡ Commissions are only for personal use unless otherwise discussed. If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please inform me prior to starting the commission.♡ I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, and can post the artworks on any of my social media. If you want to keep a commission private, let me know.♡ You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites♡ Provide neat references - you are only entitled to three free of charge major changes on sketch stage, and three small revisions on the finished artwork. Anything extra comes with a fee.♡ I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.♡ I do not do the following: furry, mecha, explicit NSFW, elderly, graphic design, NFT, very muscular builds.♡ I do commissions in my free time, I will generally try to give you an estimate. And will update you in case anything comes up that hinders my progress.♡ If you want me to work with a deadline thats before my estimate, a rush fee will apply. Keep in mind I can't always accept rush commissions because of time restraints.

Payment

♡ Payment must be paid in full upfront before I start any commission work.♡ Payment is in EUR and through PayPal invoice only.♡ You will be given a maximum of 1 week to pay your invoice or your commission will be cancelled and you will have to resend a new form.♡ Refunds works as such; 100% before I have started, 50% during sketch phase, 10% at lineart stage. No refunds once I have started colouring.♡ If you file a PayPal chargeback claim against me at any point of the commission, you forfeit all rights of anything and everything I have made for you. The artwork will be resold or repurposed for new buyers and you will be blacklisted. You will be forbidden to ever commission Rumii-Arts ever again. I may make a post about this to warn others.

I might change the TOS at any given time, if you have commissioned me before any changes- the changes do not apply to you for that commission.

Here you can see the different styles of commissions I offer + their pricing. When you commission me you automatically agree to my TOS. I will not be held responsible in case you have not read it.

General Add-ons

  • Extra characters are + 75% of base price per character

  • All drawings come with a free simple background (gradient/ simple pattern. please inform me if you want a translucent background)

  • Complex backgrounds are + €20 - 40 EUR depending on complexity. Only available for Thigh-up, Fullbody and Chibi commissions
